Changes regarding Form 1095-C – Affordable Care Act Annual Notice
IRS rules have changed regarding the distribution of Form 1095-C. Starting with the 2024 reporting year (forms due early 2025/2026), employers are no longer required to automatically mail Form 1095-C to all employees. Instead, they can use an alternative method by posting a "clear, conspicuous, and accessible" notice on their website detailing how employees can request a copy.
If you would like a copy of Form 1095-C for 2025 tax year reporting, please contact Human Resources (207) 596-2001 or stop by the Central Office to request a copy.
